Twilio
A critical alert that only lives in a dashboard is an alert nobody sees until Monday. Nexus can text your on-call number directly through Twilio the moment something crosses your severity threshold.
How it works
- Sends SMS via the Twilio Messages API for alerts that meet a configurable minimum severity, alongside Slack/Teams/Discord webhook posts on the same alert
- Supports multiple recipient numbers per tenant, with each send authenticated using the account SID and auth token configured in ChatOps settings
- A one-off "send test message" action lets an admin confirm Twilio delivery is actually wired up before relying on it for a real page
- Best-effort by design — a Twilio failure never blocks alert creation or delivery to the other configured channels
Live — a real Twilio Messages API call once SID, auth token, from, and to numbers are configured; sends are best-effort and never block alert creation.
Other integrations
Syncro
Moving off Syncro doesn't have to mean a hard cutover date. Nexus pulls your existing Syncro tickets in on a schedule so both systems can run in parallel until you're ready to switch.
FortiGate, Omada, Meraki & UniFi
Whatever network gear you've already standardized on across client sites, Nexus folds its monitoring into the same console as everything else — no separate vendor portal per brand.
Jamf
For clients on Apple hardware, Jamf-managed devices show up in the same unified console as everything else Nexus manages — one pane of glass across a mixed fleet.
